The Spelled-Right, Arrives-Right Promise

Every gift from More Seasons is made to order, personalized with the name you type.

If we get it wrong, we remake it free.
That includes a name that doesn't match what you typed, a printing mistake, a gift that arrives chipped or broken, damage in the mail, and a package that never arrives. No return needed.

How to claim
Email hello@moreseasons.com with your order number and a photo within 14 days of delivery. For a package that never arrived, email us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We reply within 24 hours.

What we can't accept
We print exactly what you type, so please double-check the spelling in the preview before you order. We can't remake a gift because of a typo entered at checkout. Because every gift is personalized, we can't accept returns or refunds for a change of mind.
